I found a great tool, Shape Collage, that magically converts a series of photos or images to an electronic collage in a variety of shapes. I suppose one could also display text pages in a similar fashion. The overall effect is quite nice graphically.

Very nice! It looks like my table on a busy day. A good way to show off the variety of styles and techniques. I also like the randomness of it...similar to the word bubbles...when words or images are shuffled, they often inspire other ideas and directions. It defocuses us, suppressing our tendency to look for familiar or favourite patterns and colours.
